"Any American whose views are to the left of mine is subject to immediate deportation", said the Senator on Wednesday.  He then added, "Any such American who puts those views on the Internet shall have their hands chopped off to prevent further ridiculous rantings.  If they then try to keyboard with any other body part, that part too shall be chopped off."

Further Fatwas may be issued as necessary.
