INS Reverses its Kwanzaa Policy

The INS issued a bulletin eliminating paid kwanzaa holiday time and prohibiting paid sick or personal time during kwanzaa.  This policy is retroactive effective January 2000 and any employees who do not reimburse the INS for salary received during the interim no later than January 31, 2006 will be terminated without notice.
