I just saw an article on the news about a town in Texas, Denton Texas that is, where the fire dept captain was asked to "recruit" more diversified representatives of the community, This to me is "offensive" as I hear them saying "GO GET SOME RECRUITS that arnt WHITE.Even more diturbing is the fire capt interviewed said "WE RAN AN AD IN THE PAPER SEEKING RECRUITS AND , GET THIS, NOBODY, THATS NOBODY RESPONDED !!! CAUSE THEY CALL IT "HARD" WORK AND NOBODY WANTS THAT ??????
