Tijuana Military Drug Crackdown Overpowered by Party Animals

U.S. sailors and high school students cruised bars and nightclubs in Mexico's racy Tijuana border city at the weekend, undaunted by a crackdown on violent drug gangs by thousands of Mexican security forces.

Dance music of Shakira and other Latin pop stars pumped out of clubs on Tijuana's tawdry Avenida de la Revolucion as federal forces in combat fatigues and armed with automatic weapons patrolled in pick-up trucks.

More than 4,000 soldiers, marines, federal and state police poured into Tijuana, a long-time favorite destination for U.S. revelers, last week as part of new President Felipe Calderon's war on organized crime and drug cartels.

But the military presence did little to dampen the mood among Americans who crossed the border from San Diego to live it up in Tijuana's tequila-fueled raucous nightlife.

They would NEVER dare arrest and jail a dead geezer senator.

  5. Wait a second. Your husband has been labeling anyone who is concerned about the muslim threat a neocon. I ask you...what is so difficult about taking that nut in Iran at his word? I'm no State Department expert, but as a simple golfer it seems to me that why would that jackass say it if he didn't mean it.

    I don't doubt for a second that the core muslims will not stop until they have exhausted every effort to annihilate any non muslim. This generation of camel jockeys bear no resemblance to the noble Saladin.

NOW IF I COULD ONLY GET THIS INFURNAL CONTRAPTION TO QUIT TELLING ME "FILE TOO BIG" !!! THE WIND WASNT BAD WHILE AT THE MIDWAY EXHIBIT EITHER!! GOT SOME REALLY COOL "KEEPSAKES" FOR MY MOM AND DAD, WHO IS CALLING ME EVEN NOW TO ASK "HOW WAS IT" !!

  10. When you are making a comment, find a picture you want in a separate screen and copy the url from the address bar. Hit "img" in the comment tool bar and paste in the url you copied for the picture in the pop up and in the next pop up type in a name for the picture. Complete your comment at hit the say it button. For example:
