  2. UMMMM....Hillery is "TYPICAL" Demoncrate. She regrets the "LOSS" of funds for which if she would have "WON" She would have said it was "MONEY WELL SPENT" ....HHHUMMMMMM I say tough ....you bought it...you pay for it !!!!!!!
