When any islam islamo islamist nazi muslim terrorist attacks one American, every United States citizen is attacked.  Below are just some of the parts of the country most deeply affected by casualties.  Please notice that America's enemy is surrounded. The is no place to go besides the usual dishonorable death for the sworn enemy of the United States. This is symbolical of what the United States will continue to do until the menace is totally gone.
